Everyone knows that the best way to save on a city trip anywhere in the world is to buy a multi-attraction pass, and Dubai is no exception.
There are plenty of “tourist passes” you can buy for Dubai, but which is the best, and which will you derive the most value from?
This Dubai tourist guide looks specifically at the value you’ll get from the Go City Dubai pass.

Types of Go City Dubai Pass
The Go City Dubai pass comes in 2 types:
- All-Inclusive Pass – see as many attractions as you can in 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 Days
- An Explorer Pass for 3, 4, 5, or 7 attractions that gives you more time to redeem selected attractions over two months
Let’s jump into and see which one will work best for your Dubai travel needs.
The Go City Dubai All-Inclusive Pass
Got a big Dubai bucket list and a short amount of time to “see it all”? This is the pass you’re going to want.
The All-inclusive Go Dubai Pass is exactly that, squeeze in as many as you can into a set number of days – noting you’d need to be doing about three things per day to get the full value.
Number of Days | Adult Price | Child Price (3 to 12) |
---|---|---|
2 | AED 1149 | AED 999 |
3 | AED 1469 | AED 1199 |
4 | AED 1749 | AED 1349 |
5 | AED 1999 | AED 1449 |
7 | AED 2349 | AED 1599 |
There’s a list of over 40 attractions you can choose from (in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi), with regular retail prices ranging from AED 60 to AED 395.
Some of the “big ticket” attractions where you’ll get the most value for money out of a Go Dubai All-inclusive pass include:
- Aquaventure at Atlantis
- Dubai Parks & Resorts 2 Park Pass
- Abu Dhabi Camel Trek or Desert Safari
- IMG Worlds of Adventue
- Quad Bike Riding
- Ferrari World (Abu Dhabi)
- Dhow Dinner Cruise
- Dubai 1-Day Hop-on Hop-Off Bus
- Ski Dubai
Note that some attractions will require advance booking as they take place at designated times with limited daily numbers, such as a Desert Safari. Other activities and attractions you can use at your pleasure during your stay in Dubai.
With the All-Inclusive Go Dubai pass, you can only visit each attraction once. The ticket can not be transferred to another person or partially refunded once it’s activated.
You have 14 days from when you first activate the ticket to use up your designated number of days, but no limit on how many attractions you see in one day.
From when you first purchase the ticket, you have 2 years to activate it.
Go City Dubai Explorer Pass
The Explorer Pass is great for those who want to see a select handful of attractions at a relaxed pace, or perhaps you’ve been to Dubai before, and you want to focus on some specific attractions.
You simply need to select the number of activities you want to undertake. Once you activate your Go City Explorer Pass, you have 60 days to redeem your activities – you can do several in a day or one at a time; it’s totally up to you.
The activities to choose from for the Dubai Explorer Pass can be found here.

How does it compare to other city attraction passes in Dubai?
Personally, we think this is the best value for money tourist attraction pass in Dubai if your aim is to see and do a lot in a short time.
In fairness, we have a full review over here, too of the Dubai Pass by IVenture. In comparison, we feel the Go City Dubai pass is easier to understand, it’s instantly available on your phone, and there are fewer exclusions but also fewer total attractions.
We love that Go City Dubai has no exclusions. No worrying about “pools” and ticket types – simply set your budget and how many attractions you can realistically see. This is the most confusing thing we find about the Dubai Pass by iVenture – it’s overly convoluted.
We also like that the Go City Dubai is not required to be used on consecutive days, so you can also build some relaxing downtime days to your Dubai itinerary.
What’s excluded from Go City Dubai?
What we noted when comparing the top Dubai city attraction passes, Go City Dubai All-Inclusive doesn’t include is attractions such as:
- The newly opened Museum of the Future
- Wild Wadi Waterpark
The major attraction differences we can see between The Explorer and All-inclusive Dubai Go City:
- The all-inclusive excludes the royal Dhow Dinner cruise from Dubai Marina (but does have Dubai Creek options)
- Warner Bros World & Yas Waterworld are also excluded on the all-inclusive – usually paired with a visit to Ferrari World (learn more about the Yas Theme Parks here)
- The Dubai Ice Rink, Zabeel e-karts (Dubai Mall), and Kidzania Abu Dhabi (Yas Mall) are also missing from all-inclusive
- The Explorer excludes the high-value 2 Park Pass for Dubai Parks and Resorts; it would use two attraction credits instead to see, for example, Legoland and Motiongate theme parks.
Do check the fine print of activities included and excluded between the two Go City Dubai ticket types and when compared to other city attraction passes. If there’s an activity or attraction you really want to see, make sure it’s included!
Go City Risk-Free Guarantee
Another thing we love about Go City’s pass is its generous refund policy. Should travel plans change and you can no longer use your Go City Dubai pass, non-activated passes are eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase.
If you haven’t requested a refund within this time, remember they have a long validity period of 2 years to activate.
Alternative Discounts on Dubai Attractions
If you’re only looking at two attractions – consider whether there might be another voucher system like the Entertainer Tourist 2-4-1 offers that may better fit your Dubai trip needs. Remember, RRP is the absolute maximum door price you’ll pay – you’re not necessarily getting that big of a discount bundling things up.
Another very simple option if you’re only on a short stop in Dubai is the Tiqets Dubai Digital Pass – essentially this multi-attraction ticket covers Burj Khalifa & a desert safari with some bonuses thrown in.
Be wise and do your research pricing things out before jumping on a multi-city ticket deal.
Is Go City Dubai Worth It?
We think so. If you have an action-packed list of things to see and do in Dubai, you can get loads of value out of a multi-attraction pass.
When you start getting into the bigger multi-ticket or multi-day passes for Dubai, your vacation starts to look very expensive (especially for families), but the savings will quickly add up.
You get the most value from the Go City Dubai pass if you’re after the big-ticket attractions (300AED+ per head) and will be visiting both Dubai and Abu Dhabi due to the split of attractions across both cities. This is something other Dubai tourist passes don’t offer.
We love how easy it is to use, and you can start booking as soon as you purchase. If you have any concerns or you don’t think it’ll deliver what you want before your trip, simply ask for your money back.
