Think it’s only Friday that gets to have the Brunching fun in Dubai?
Forget the notion of Brunch falling between breakfast and lunch. Brunch in Dubai is all about afternoon dining for all the family to enjoy in a laid back setting.
Whilst Friday’s are traditionally the most popular day for a Dubai brunch (it’s the first day of the weekend for most workers in Dubai), Saturday’s are rapidly growing in popularity as a more relaxed and family-friendly affair.
Please note this listing was compiled pre-Covid-19. Whilst some restaurants have re-opened, some remain seasonally closed of have temporarily supsended brunch operations. Always call ahead to check.
We’ve picked out our favourite spots across the city to enjoy Saturday Brunch in Dubai.
Al Maeda is a high-class restaurant that manages to offer an excellent, yet casual feel. Its elegant yet understated decor and excellent views make it a great place to have Saturday brunch in Dubai.
Sit on the outdoor terrace where you will be shaded from the heat of the sun but given a breathtaking view of the sea. Indoor seating is also available and is just as comfortable as the arrangement on the terrace.
The brunch menu is expansive and caters to lovers of Arabian cuisine. There are many Middle Eastern treats to be found here including beloved staples like labneh manakish, hummus, and Moroccan tagines. Al Maeda also caters to international taste buds, offering juicy burgers served with tender beef patties, large and soft buns, along with caramelized onions and delicious yoghurt sauce.

Billionaire Mansion Dubai
The Billionaire Mansion is a lavish spot where members of high-society (and those who wannabe!)are welcome. Every Saturday, the Mansion hosts its “Billionaire Brunch”, which serves an uncommon fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine.
The fusion is indeed uncommon but, surprisingly, works perfectly. The blend of design produces decore that is perfectly refined, mixing clean lines with soft lights. The food, like the decor, comes through perfectly and the options are ready to delight. On the Japanese end, try out “California”, a delicious dish of king crab served with avocado and tobiko. For some Italian food, try out their “Monte Carlo”; a salad made with shrimps, cherry tomatoes, avocado, olives, and french beans.
